O'Brien Chop House scoops major award for Innovation at the Restaurant Oscars

O'Brien Chop House was given 'Best Innovation 2011' award at the recent National Restaurant Association of Ireland Awards at a gala dinner at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin on 25 May 2011. We are constantly coming up with ideas for events in order to persuade our customers to come to our little restaurant in Lismore and to the wider West Waterford area. With events ranging from our Xmas Carols, to our monthly Beer & Curry Feasts, to wine dinners, to collaborating with our friends at the Cliff House and The Tannery for the West Waterford Weekend package to the 3 Chefs Dinners and to being central to the Waterford Festival of Food, we have worked hard to market ourselves in a difficult trading environment. We are delighted this has been recognized by the judges and we are very proud to accept this award. Thank you to all concerned.
